got your email today. I was dissapointed. Apparently I cannot access the call because I am not a silver or gold member.
That was not mentioned in the email, it seemed I could just go get it. bad
Also, since no indication that I wasn’t able to get it, no upsell to upgrade my membership so I could get it.
I logged in and then felt bad. Maybe so bad that I do not feel interest in in any more. Maybe I am not the only person who did not upgrade. I felt like that email was not targetted to me at all and a waste of my time.

I apologize that you are disappointed.
However Silver and Gold upgrades are available to everyone.
In addition when you signed up for our site it clearly described that Silver & Gold members get access to special conference calls that the free members do not get. It is one of the priveldges they get for paying $9.97 or $67.
You may upgrade after the fact but it will cost $19.97 or $97. Again because we have to honor the commitments we made to the people who purchased the One Time Offer.
I’m sorry if you feel that is unethical. In fact it is extremely ethical! I could lie and offer the same package at the same price, but I’m an honest guy, that’s why I charge a higher price if you turned it down when you received the one time offer on signup.
You’ve received plenty of warnings.
